Propellers - Our skilled technicians overhaul propellers to a standard that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's requirements. Propeller blades, hubs, and related components are subjected to non-destructive testing prior to re-assembly and balancing.
PropWorks is capable of overhauling and repairing most models of Hamilton Standard, Hartzell, McCauley, Dowty and Sensenich propellers.
Governors - PropWorks is capable of overhauling and repairing Hamilton Standard, Hartzell and McCauley piston governors. Overhauled governors are tested and calibrated to precise standards.
Non-Destructive Testing - Inspection procedures utilized include magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection and eddy current. Our NDT personnel are qualified to CGSB standards.
